I offer individual therapy sessions to adults over the age of 25 and psychodiagnostic texting for children and adults
Therapy sessions typically last from 45 to 50 min.
The sessions will be about working on your goals and figuring out what changes you can make to feel like you are living the life you want.
My “Therapy” dog Mora often comes to the office to lend support to clients; she is a hypo-allergenic cockapoo and won’t make you sneeze.
My services will be “out of network” with your insurance company but at the end of every month I will give you a bill to submit for reimbursement if you have coverage that you would like to use. I am certified by Tricare which means they have verified my credentials and my services will be partially reimbursed by them. Don’t hesitate to ask if you have additional questions.
Given recent changes in access to telehealth services, I am also now able to provide tele-therapy to the following states in addition to Virginia: AL, AZ, CO, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, KY, MD, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NC, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, UT, WV with more states pending legislative approval.
Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) is granted by the PSYPACT Commission

Psycho-diagnositc Testing is usually performed when someone has a specific question: Do I have ADHD? What’s going on with my child that they are having difficulty in school? What are some of my character and personality traits? How do i learn best? Is there something wrong with my brain? Do i have dementia? Is this depression, PTSD, or bipolar disorder?
We’ll start with a one hour interview, I’ll then select the insturments and tools (mostly paper/pencil/computer activities) that will help us find the answers. The actual “testing” can last from 1 to 3 hours, I will then review the data, write a report, and then we’ll schedule a one hour feedback session to answer your questions.
